ASIM TELECOM respects your personal data. We only collect the necessary information required to process and deliver your second-hand smartphone orders (such as your Name, Delivery Address, Phone/WhatsApp Number, and Email).

We never sell or rent your data to third parties. All personal data is encrypted and handled in compliance with applicable Indian IT Data Protection laws.

2. 6 Months Store Replacement Warranty Terms

Every second-hand smartphone purchased from ASIM TELECOM comes with our comprehensive 6 Months Store Warranty:

• Hardware Protection: Covers Motherboard defects, internal speaker/mic failure, network IC issues, and charging port issues.
• Original Battery: We guarantee 85%+ genuine battery health. If battery degradation exceeds normal within warranty period, we provide free service.
• Exclusions: Physical screen damage, water immersion/liquid damage, unauthorized local third-party repairs, or physical breakage are not covered under free warranty.

3. 7 Days Hassle-Free Testing & Replacement

You receive a full 7-Day Testing Window upon parcel receipt. If you identify any functional mismatch with our 32-Point diagnostic report, we provide an immediate 1-to-1 replacement device or store exchange.

4. Shipping & Delivery Partner: Delhivery Express

We partner with Delhivery Express to ensure rapid, fully insured, and tracked shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India:

• Transit Time: Metro cities: 24 - 48 Hours. Rest of India: 2 - 4 Business Days.
• Live Tracking: You receive SMS and WhatsApp tracking links as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
• Open Box / Secure Delivery: Tamper-evident packaging with security seal stickers.

5. Payment Processing: Razorpay & UPI

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway using 256-Bit SSL military-grade encryption. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
